ADDITION ADELAIDE accepts returns on full-priced items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all designer tags and security seals intact. Please note that certain high-end collaborations and delicate items may be subject to final sale policies.

Carefully pack your items in the original designer packaging and shipping box to ensure products are protected during transit.

Attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

Inspection and Refund

Once our boutique team inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
